Project Architect

POSITION - Architect Department: Projects Job Location: Hyderabad Reporting To: DGM - Projects Position: Architect Experience: 7-8 Years SCOPE OF ROLE The purpose of this position is to manage and lead a project with direct accountability for project delivery. LEVEL OF AUTHORITY Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project/team deadlines.

ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead the design and delivery of hospital building projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and project manager to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and present interior design proposals, including mood boards, detailed drawings, Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and 3D models. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Oversee multiple architectural projects from conception to completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline project workflows Drive innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. Review and approve design concepts, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Responsible for monitor the complete project progress with space planning & interior design.

Manage to handle structural and services consultants Dealing with Architect, consultants and contractors for material selection. BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE 7-8 years working in consultancy firm with at least 3 years in healthcare projects (preferable) or 5 years in hospitality projects. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of working experience in design firm and independently lead the project.

Ability to handle service consultants and other consultants enable to understand the service norms and codes. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's degree (B.Arch) in Architecture from College or University in a technical area of study. Candidates possess knowledge and expertise in using architectural design software such as Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

Candidates have knowledge of a robust understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable practices.
