Project & Business Development Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager–Pharmacovigilance

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager to strengthen our commercial team and drive strategic business expansion across global markets.

About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding PharmXL International's portfolio of pharmacovigilance and regulatory consulting services. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business development within the pharmaceutical, CRO, pharmacovigilance, or life sciences industry who are passionate about client engagement and international business growth. Key Responsibilities • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and CRO sectors. • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to generate qualified leads. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including Business Heads, Medical Directors, Pharmacovigilance Leaders, Regulatory Affairs professionals, and Procurement teams. • Promote PharmXL International's comprehensive pharmacovigilance and regulatory service portfolio to global clients. • Prepare capability presentations, commercial proposals, quotations, RFP responses, and service agreements. • Manage the complete business development lifecycle—from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and project handover. • Collaborate closely with pharmacovigilance, regulatory, medical writing, and project management teams to develop tailored client solutions. • Represent the company during virtual meetings, conferences, webinars, and international networking events. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
