Job Description
Take on the role of Project Coordinator in the Customer Support Integration Team at Bombardier in Dorval, QC. Lead aircraft maintenance projects and liaise between customers and technical teams for optimal outcomes. In this full-time position, your primary responsibility will be to manage in-service aircraft open delivery items and ensure satisfactory project execution.
Candidates should possess a minimum of five years in an aircraft maintenance environment and two years of customer project management experience. Your excellent interpersonal and customer service skills will be essential for fostering productive relationships and achieving project goals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage open delivery items and aircraft modifications • Oversee handover of post-delivery liabilities to ensure accuracy • Contribute to the ODI budget process and maintain databases • Coordinate with various departments for resource availability • Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates Requirements: • Five years' experience in an aircraft maintenance environment • Two years of customer project management experience • Knowledge of FAA, EASA, or Transport Canada regulations • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Flexibility for travel and variable hours Utilize your project management and customer relations skills to support Bombardier's mission in aircraft excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
