Senior Project Coordinator

Skyline Recruitment is sourcing a Senior Project Coordinator for a Toronto-based developer-builder to work on their high‑rise condo projects. This role will be tasked with supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent while working on site. What We’re Looking For 3 years minimum experience as Senior Project Coordinator on high‑rise condo projects with a mid‑large size GC or CM firm, Boots on the ground, not behind a desk exposure, Solid understanding is required of the shop drawing process in a high‑rise condo project setting, Familiarity with high‑rise condo construction schedules and scopes of work, Engineering & or university background, Ability to manage trades, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly and respectfully on site, Well organized and efficient at document management, Willingness to work across different project locations in the Toronto Area, Red Seal Carpentry or construction‑related education is an asset, Tech‑savvy and experience with Procore is required , Experience with contracts, change orders and tendering is an asset.
