Job DescriptionThe Project Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives within the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional project environments involving IT, engineering, and operational teams.Key responsibilities include:Assist in planning and executing digitalization and Industry 4.0 projectsMonitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectivesSupport requirement gathering activities, including stakeholder coordination and documentation of business processesPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentation materialsIdentify and track project risks, issues, and mitigation actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, operations) to ensure smooth project implementationSupport system testing, validation, and deployment of digital solutionsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to process optimization and digital transformation RequirementsFinal-year student or active student in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fieldsBasic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Familiarity with digitalization concepts and/or Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, data analytics, digital twin)Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis toolsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentHigh willingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesAble to join 12-months internship program and available to join in May 2026 Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Advantageous)Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)Basic understanding of process mapping (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Prior internship or academic project related to digital transformation or automation
