Project Management Officer

Join a global Transformation Office and play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives by driving PMO governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional alignment. You'll work closely with senior leadership, Program Managers, and Project Managers to ensure successful execution across complex transformation programs.

✨ What will you do?

• Drive PMO governance and operational excellence across multiple transformation programs
• Monitor risks, dependencies, milestones, and action plans, ensuring proactive issue escalation
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPIs, and decision-ready reporting
• Develop presentations and materials for Steering Committees and Executive Leadership Teams
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives
• Define and implement PMO standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
• Support process improvement through automation, reporting tools, and data-driven solutions
• Assist in Transformation Office operations, including budget tracking and vendor coordination
• Take ownership of key initiatives, with the opportunity to grow into a PMO leadership role

✨ What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or Portfolio Management
• Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
• Strong background in governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating with senior leadership
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• High level of ownership, resilience, and ability to work independently

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, or reporting and dashboard tools
• Knowledge of automation and AI applied to PMO processes
• Experience with budget tracking and vendor management
