Project Manager – Insurance Domain (P&C / Specialty Insurance) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead projects within the Insurance domain specializing in P&C or specialty Insurance. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Compensation The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $120-130 k/year & benefits (see below). Responsibilities Lead and manage insurance-related projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage project teams, vendors, and resources effectively. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and standards. Report project status to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes. Skillsets Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry, specifically in Life and Annuity/Retirement Benefits. Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
