- Prepare high-quality briefings, papers, dashboards and presentations for CEO meetings with the leadership team, Board, investors, customers and external partners
- Coordinate communication flows in and out of the CEO’s office
- Lead delivery of cross-functional strategic projects on behalf of the CEO — spanning commercial growth, brand performance, innovation and launch execution, customer experience, digital and technology, people and culture, sustainability and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, dependency maps, risk registers and progress dashboards for the CEO’s priority portfolio

- Manage relationships with external partners where relevant
- Streamline workflows, processes and ways of working to maximise the CEO’s effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, increase automation and improve how the business runs
- Support organisational planning activities, including scenario modelling, resource planning and the coordination of project core teams
- Champion a culture of disciplined delivery, clear accountability and continuous improvement across every project touched by the Office of the CEO

- Recognised project or programme management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in project or programme management, strategy, consulting, chief‑of‑staff roles, or senior business support
