About The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital products and projects across cross‑functional teams. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholders, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing project timelines, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, and supporting teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, agile project management expertise, and the ability to align business objectives with execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize work.
• Review and validate project requirements to ensure they are complete, actionable, and ready for execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and promote documentation best practices.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support effort estimation, project planning and resource allocation in partnership with Engineering leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and quality expectations.
• Participate in testing and validation activities prior to delivery.
• Track team performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder approvals, project updates, and post‑delivery follow‑up activities.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience managing digital products and/or technology projects.
• Hands‑on experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or XP.
• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and translating them into actionable work for development teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing project timelines, priorities, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of API integrations and experience using tools such as Postman.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
