Project Manager- Medical Communications

Company Description SciRx Communications Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai-registered pharma and healthcare communications organization focused on elevating brand value through innovative strategies and scientific thinking. The company partners with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients as strategic and scientific advisors, helping them differentiate their brands and strengthen their market presence. SciRx operates specialized divisions in scientific writing, print inputs, digital marketing, continuing medical education (CMEs), and training.

Role Description The Project Manager – Medical Communications is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing medical communication projects across SciRx’s service lines. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams in scientific writing, digital marketing, print production, CMEs, and training to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing project plans, tracking timelines and deliverables, facilitating regular status meetings, and proactively resolving project risks or bottlenecks.

The Project Manager will liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with industry standards in all outputs. This role also includes optimizing workflows, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• BDS/ MDA / B Pharma / M pharm / Msc / PhD with relevant experience of at least 1 years
• Domain experience is must
• Candidate with client servicing experience will be considered

Location : Work from home ( 5 days a week)
