Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager in Indonesia who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and aspiring to join a leading global F&B player. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Store DesignLead planning and design for new and renovated stores aligned with brand and business goals.Oversee feasibility, concept development, layouts, materials, and specifications.Ensure compliance with corporate standards, safety, and local regulations.Recommend design improvements, value engineering, and efficiency enhancements.2. Project Management & ExecutionManage end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple projects.Control scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory approvals.Drive process improvements for efficiency and cost control.3. Budgeting & Cost ControlLead financial planning, forecasting, and cost management.Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving initiatives.Partner with Finance for accurate reporting and accountability.4. Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.Ensure quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.5. Construction & Quality OversightSupervise construction to ensure alignment with design, safety, and brand standards.Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution.6. Repair & Maintenance (R&M)Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across stores.Manage vendor performance, SLAs, budgets, and repair vs. replace decisions.Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement.7. Leadership & ReportingAct as key contact for management with regular updates and insights.Prepare reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.8. General ResponsibilitiesFollow company policies and maintain professional relationships.Participate in meetings, training, and other assigned duties.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.7–10 years of experience in project management.Proficient in English, AutoCAD, and MS Office.Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong reliability.
