Position: E-Commerce Agency Project Manager
Shift: Evening/Night (aligned with Canada time zones)
Compensation: CAD $1,000-1,500/month
Works With: Creative, Ads, Content, Development, and Client teams
About the Role
Pro Marketer is hiring a Project Manager to run day-to-day execution across our e-commerce, college, and Amazon client accounts. This person keeps projects organized, deadlines on track, and the team aligned, turning client requests into clear tasks and getting them delivered without drama.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Turn client requirements into actionable tasks
- Manage workflows in Asana
- Assign work to designers, video editors, content creators, and developers
- Track progress daily and follow up to keep things moving
Client Communication
- Join onboarding calls and weekly client check-ins
- Collect assets, feedback, and revisions from clients
- Keep clients and the internal team updated on status
- Manage approvals and final deliverables
- Maintain a good client experience throughout
Team Operations
- Run weekly internal standups
- Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and workload
- Catch bottlenecks early and deal with them
- Make sure everyone knows what they own
- Cut down on unnecessary back and forth
Quality Control
- Review creative work before it goes to the client
- Check grammar, design consistency, links, and functionality
- Confirm brand guidelines are being followed
- Make sure deliverables meet Pro Marketer's standard
Systems and Process Building
- Build SOPs and workflow templates
- Shorten turnaround times
- Reduce revision cycles
- Keep internal documentation up to date
- Improve delivery processes month over month
Reporting
- Send weekly progress reports per client
- Track task completion and timelines
- Flag risks and blockers before they become problems
- Report on performance metrics

- 95% of projects delivered on or before deadline

Requirements
Must-Have
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Previous experience in a marketing or ads agency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with agency workflows
- Understanding of e-commerce operations
- Experience with Asana or Notion
- Organized, detail-driven, and proactive
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of Meta or Google Ads
- Familiarity with Shopify or Amazon seller workflows
- Experience with Klaviyo email campaigns
- Background coordinating creative teams
