Project Specialist

Engineer - AI Automation & Agentic Systems location - hyderabad, Indiaexp - 5-12 yrs We are looking for a highly hands-on Contract Engineer to help accelerate automation and AI-agent initiatives within our engineering organization.This role combines modern test automation, AI engineering, workflow orchestration, and engineering productivity tooling. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently build scalable automation solutions while also experimenting with and operationalizing credible AI agents for real engineering use cases.Responsibilities• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, workflow, and system validation• Develop AI-assisted automation solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows• Create internal engineering productivity agents and copilots• Build RAG-based knowledge assistants and engineering workflow automations• Automate repetitive engineering and validation tasks• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI-agent quality, reliability, and hallucination mitigation• Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows• Collaborate closely with system architects, developers, and validation teamsRequired Skills• Strong Python programming skills• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or modern automation frameworks• Experience building APIs and automation workflows• Hands-on exposure to GenAI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or equivalent LLM ecosystems• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD systems, and cloud environments• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills• Ability to independently prototype and deliver solutions quicklyPreferred Skills• Experience with agentic AI systems• RAG implementation experience• MCP/tool-calling integrations• AI evaluation and observability tooling• Experience with vector databases• Exposure to developer productivity tooling• Experience working with engineering organizations or semiconductor/product engineering teamsExperience• 5-12 years preferred• Strong automation background with recent GenAI/AI-agent experience
