Project Team Lead – Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute projects related to the company’s products, ensuring reduction and optimization of customers’ time-to-value.
• Lead regional teams in planning, implementing, and managing projects that improve the customer experience and maximize delivery efficiency.
• Lead and supervise the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment and encouraging achievement of strategic objectives.
• Coordinate the execution and development of internal and external projects across all phases: activation, requirements gathering, implementation, and go-live/commissioning.
• Continuously monitor activation projects assigned to Project Specialists and external suppliers, ensuring the quality of services and deliverables.
• Direct and coordinate go-live plans for services contracted by Fracttal customers, ensuring deadlines are met, proactively identifying risks, and applying corrective measures for efficient and timely execution.
• Provide technical guidance on the product to project specialists, external suppliers, and active customers to enable effective use of the software, demonstrate Fracttal’s value, and ensure customer retention and growth.

Requirements

• Technical or university degree in: Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems, or Information Technology.
• 4 years of experience in maintenance planning and project management.
• 3 years of experience in technology companies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and coordinating teams.
• Technical skills in Maintenance Management.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Technical report writing skills.
• Familiarity with Business Analytics platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of User Journey platforms (User Flow, Appcues, WalkMe, Userpilot).
• Advanced English is a plus.
• HubSpot CRM — intermediate level is a plus.
