About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Production Manager to lead one of our AI-powered content production pipelines. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of AI-generated creatives, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency and turnaround time.

You will manage a production team, optimize workflows, solve production bottlenecks, and leverage the latest AI tools to improve how content is created and delivered. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building systems, leading people, and turning fast-moving creative ideas into high-quality outputs at scale. If you are passionate about AI, operational excellence and delivering exceptional creative work, you will play a key role in shaping the future of production at ATZA Digitally.

What You Will Own:

• Delivery on the account: end-to-end quality and consistency of AI-generated ad creatives (video and image), from brief to final QC
• Team leadership: manage and guide the existing production team; unblock people, keep the pipeline moving, keep morale up under deadline pressure
• Pipeline efficiency: identify bottlenecks in the current workflow and fix them; improve turnaround time without letting quality slip
• Quality control: be the final gate before creatives go out the door
• Automation: build lightweight tools/automations to cut down repetitive manual work in the pipeline (see requirements below)

What We're Looking For:

• Strong exposure to major AI video and image generation tools (e.g. Higgsfield, Veo or equivalents) - enough to know what's realistic to produce and troubleshoot when output isn't working
• Comfortable building with AI coding assistants like Claude to create automations or lightweight internal tools. You don't need a formal software engineering background, but you should be resourceful and hands-on at using AI to build practical solutions quickly
• Proven ability to lead a small team: delegating well, keeping people accountable, and staying calm when priorities shift
• A natural problem-solver, someone who troubleshoots production or process issues independently rather than escalating everything
• Strong research and critical thinking, can dig into a brief, a trend, or a technical snag and come back with a sharp, well-reasoned take
• Process-minded, genuinely interested in making a pipeline faster and cleaner, not just executing what's already there

Nice to Have:

• Experience setting up QC frameworks for creative teams
