The organization offers opportunities to learn and grow within the food production and quality domain. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Executive role based in Lucknow.
The Quality Control Executive will monitor production processes, inspect raw materials and finished products, and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include performing routine quality checks, verifying and documenting test results, and identifying non-conformities in products or processes. The role involves coordinating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, maintaining records, and supporting audits.
The Quality Control Executive will also assist in updating standard operating procedures, training staff on quality practices, and collaborating with management to continuously improve product quality and food safety. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to processes.
Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills, including sample handling, basic testing methods, and accurate documentation of results. Candidates should possess experience with Calibration of equipment to maintain measurement accuracy and reliability. Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field, as well as knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, or similar).
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced production environment.
