Job Overview

Kruger Carson PLLC is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and well‑credentialed commercial real‑estate/corporate attorney to join our growing firm in either San Antonio or Austin.

Our boutique transactional firm represents clients throughout Texas and the United States in joint ventures, sales and acquisitions, leasing, and financings. Our attorneys handle sophisticated real‑estate transactions, including the financing, sale, leasing, and acquisition of shopping centers, office complexes, industrial projects, large land developments, multifamily, student housing, mines, and hotels.

Responsibilities

Lead, document, and negotiate complex commercial transactions.

Mandatory Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in our practice areas, including commercial real‑estate and corporate transactions, is required.
