Responsibilities

The role is highly hands-on and involves managing multiple transactions concurrently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with direct client exposure and meaningful ownership of deals.

This is not a training role and not a siloed support position.

Qualifications

Seeking attorneys with experience handling:

• Bridge and mezzanine financing
• CMBS and structured real estate finance transactions
• Loan negotiations and closings from origination through execution

Ideal candidates are currently practicing within a lender-side real estate finance group at a law firm and are comfortable operating independently with minimal layering or supervision.
