Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include engaging with clients for property sales, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on the real estate market to provide informed guidance. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and a focus on meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License to comply with legal and industry standardsExperience in Real Estate and Real Property managementExpertise in Sales with a proven track record of achieving targetsStrong Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationshipsExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProactive and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with the Gurugram real estate market is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
