Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring a Production Partner / Client Experience Partner to work hand in hand with the team leader of a high-producing real estate team in Northeast Florida.
This is not a typical real estate agent role. This is a hands-on position designed for a licensed agent who wants to learn, grow, and eventually become a full team agent within 18–24 months.
In this role, you will work directly alongside the team leader on a daily basis—supporting lead conversion, client communication, and day-to-day execution. You will gain real-world experience inside a proven, inbound-driven business built on YouTube, referrals, and a strong database.
You will be working with warm opportunities, helping ensure no lead or client falls through the cracks, while learning how a high-performing real estate business operates from the inside.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and can execute without constant direction once trained.

Responsibilities: Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growthFollow-up with leads to increase sales Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding communityWork hand in hand with the team leader to support daily operations and client experienceFollow up with warm inbound buyer and seller leads (no cold prospecting)Pre-qualify leads and set appointments for the team leaderCommunicate with clients and provide a high-level experience throughout the processManage scheduling and ensure smooth communication between all partiesShow homes to buyersConduct 1–2 open houses per month depending on activityInstall and remove lockboxes and manage property access when neededAttend inspections, appraisals, and key property appointmentsAssist with handling client questions, updates, and time-sensitive requestsHelp keep the team leader focused by managing priorities and filtering communicationEnsure no lead or client falls through the cracks
Qualifications:Active Florida Real Estate License (required)Member of the NE Florida Association of Realtors (or agrees to join) Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to take direction once and execute independently without constant supervisionProactive and solution-oriented with a high level of ownershipComfortable working in the field (homes, clients, showings, inspections, open houses)Available to work some evenings and weekends as neededTech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and real estate toolsExperience as a Realtor or builder site agent preferredDesire to grow into a team agent role within 18–24 months
