Job Description
Responsibilities Teach Art & Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to explore and develop their artistic talents. Deliver engaging lessons that challenge, inspire, and develop creativity in every student. Collaborate with a passionate creative arts faculty to support and enhance curriculum delivery.
Contribute to Post‑16 courses for experienced candidates, as needed. Participate in the wider creative life of the school, including exhibitions, competitions and enrichment projects. Qualifications Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be currently working towards QTS.
Have a strong academic background in Art, Design, Fine Art, Graphic Design, or a related subject. Possess excellent subject knowledge and creative flair. Be able to inspire students of all abilities to explore and develop their artistic talents.
Hold high expectations of achievement, effort, and presentation. Be eager to contribute to the wider creative life of the school. Benefits & Opportunities Inner London salary: M1 £40,317 – M6 £52,300.
