Job Requirements:Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources ManagementMin. 1 Year experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, Fresh Graduate with internship experienced are preferred. Understanding of internal organizational structure and HR systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamContract Duration : 9 Months (Maternity Leave coverage) Job Description:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from CV screening and scheduling psychological tests to conducting candidate interviews and handling recruitment-related administrative tasksConduct job evaluationsHandle other tasks assigned by supervisors (including project-based tasks) for the benefit of the company
