We're hiring a Reformer Pilates Instructor at IGNITE+ALIIGN in Bengaluru.We're looking for instructors who bring precision, strong movement understanding, presence, and professionalism into the room.At IGNITE+ALIIGN, we're building a modern wellness experience centered around intentional movement, elevated design, recovery, and community. This is a space designed for high-quality teaching and meaningful member experiences.Requirements:• Certified in Reformer Pilates• STOTT Pilates certification preferred• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement mechanics• Experience conducting private and group Reformer sessions• Ability to confidently work with beginners as well as experienced clients• Excellent communication and cueing skills• Professional, punctual, and detail-orientedWhat you'll be doing:• Leading Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions• Delivering safe, technically strong, engaging sessions• Supporting members with form, alignment, and progression• Contributing to a premium, welcoming studio experienceWe value instructors who care deeply about quality, energy, and the experience they create for clients.
