Regional Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and OnboardingTalent Acquisition:Source, screen, and select candidates to meet organizational needs.Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process, including document collection, induction programs, and system setup.Ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.2. Employee Engagement and DevelopmentEngagement:Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and regular feedback mechanisms.Learning & Development:Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.Support career progression by assisting in performance reviews and development plans3. HR Operations and ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records, including contracts, payroll inputs, and attendance.Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.4. Performance ManagementOversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
• Offboarding and Exit ManagementManage the exit process, including resignation handling, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.Ensure compliance with final settlements, recoveries, and handover formalities.Gather insights from exit interviews to improve retention and workplace policies.

Technical Skills

• Talent acquisition expertise.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
