About the RoleAs the primary owner of Ecovacs’ assigned region business, you will lead distributor and coordinate internal marketing resources to achieve revenue and profit targets. You will define and execute product, sales and value‑chain strategies and participate in marketing resource allocation and strategic planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn P&L accountability for assigned region; deliver revenue and profitability targets.Develop and implement product strategy and go‑to‑market plans for both markets.Design and execute sales strategies across channels (e‑commerce, retail, distributors/agents).Lead and align local agents/partners; drive partner performance and incentives.Collaborate with internal marketing, ecommerce and category teams on resource allocation and campaign strategy.Define and optimize value‑chain and channel structures to maximize margin and growth.Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine strategy.
Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience with e-commerce operations, campaigns and marketplace management.Offline/retail channel sales experience.2C consumer electronics sales experience.Track record of meeting revenue and profitability targets.Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing and e‑commerce teams.Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-have)Experience managing distributors.
