Registered Nurse – Family Medicine Residency

Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25

Location: Atrium Health Cabarrus Family Medicine in Mount Pleasant. This position supports the residency program and optimizes patient care delivering comprehensive, continuous, and preventive healthcare across all stages of life. The RN will work closely with residents and their clinical support teams.

What You’ll Do

• Plays a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Current BLS certification
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred
• Prior Family Medicine experience is a plus

Compensation

• Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training
