The Opportunity As GLIDE’s Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial infrastructure of a dynamic $31M organization. Beyond ensuring operational excellence in accounting, you’ll be a key thought partner to senior leadership, supporting complex program operations, multi-stream revenue management, and long-term financial sustainability.
You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate across departments to strengthen systems, processes, and financial transparency organization-wide. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to develop multi-year financial plans and forecasting models that support GLIDE’s strategic objectives. Provide financial analysis and scenario planning to guide organizational decision-making and sustainability.
Optimize liquidity management across restricted, unrestricted, and endowment funds. Complex Accounting experience in nonprofit or government grant accounting highly desirable. Strong knowledge of nonprofit GAAP, government cost principles, and multi-stream revenue management.
Proven success managing audits, compliance, and reporting in complex environments. Hands-on expertise with financial systems (Sage Intacct or MIP preferred), Concur, Adaptive Insights, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to translate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Finger dexterity and the ability to use all standard office equipment. Sit or stand comfortably, and the ability to navigate throughout office spaces (via elevator or stairs). Work Environment: Hybrid work flexibility (in-office presence 4 days/1 day remote work).
