The Position
We are expanding our remote team and looking for dependable, organized individuals who enjoy coordinating details, communicating with people, and keeping plans moving forward.
As a Remote Scheduling Assistant, you will help clients organize appointments, reservations, travel-related arrangements, and other important details throughout the planning process. You will serve as a point of support while helping ensure schedules, confirmations, and client preferences are accurately coordinated.
This role is well suited for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working online, and able to manage multiple details without losing sight of the overall client experience.
Previous industry experience is not required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.
A Typical Day May Include
- Reviewing client requests, preferences, and scheduling needs
- Coordinating dates, times, reservations, and confirmations
- Assisting with travel-related details such as accommodations, activities, transportation, and itinerary components
- Communicating updates and important information to clients
- Researching available options based on specific client needs
- Maintaining accurate records and organized client information
- Following up on outstanding details or changes
- Helping clients stay informed before and throughout their scheduled plans
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
You do not need an extensive background in scheduling or travel. We are primarily looking for individuals who are:

Customer service, administrative, hospitality, scheduling, or travel experience can be beneficial, but it is not required.

This is a fully remote position designed to offer greater flexibility than a traditional office environment.
Team members receive structured training and access to resources that help them learn the systems, client process, travel-related platforms, and day-to-day responsibilities associated with the role.
You will have the ability to work independently while still having access to guidance and team support when needed.
