Remote Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. The ideal candidate has worked in dynamic startup environments and is passionate about applying state-of-the-art AI research to real-world enterprise solutions. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

This role requires an understanding of automation/ AI technologies, market dynamics, and a customer-centric approach to product development. Your responsibilities: Develop, manage, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and the latest trends in automation and AI. Define and execute the product strategy and vision, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives and market needs.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch improvements. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Define and track key product performance metrics.

Use data to drive decisions, improve product features, and optimize the user experience. Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing. Stay at the cutting edge of automation and AI advancements by conducting continuous market research, competitive analysis, and tracking industry trends to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

Utilize your previous experience working in high-growth, next-gen startups to bring agility, customer focus, and a strong execution mindset to the team. Stay informed about the latest state-of-the-art research in large language models and apply these findings to develop intelligent, automated solutions that address complex enterprise challenges. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on automation, SaaS, or AI-driven technologies.

Strong experience in automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation, etc.) with an understanding of how these solutions solve enterprise problems. Demonstrated experience working in high-growth startups, particularly in the tech/AI space, with a keen understanding of agile development processes and startup challenges. Ability to manage complex product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs, customer value, and technical feasibility.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various teams. Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders. Remote Work
