About The Role As we scale, we’re looking for a highly driven and technically sophisticated Senior Technical Program Manager to own delivery execution across Blooming Health’s Engineering, AI, and Product organizations. This is a US-based remote role with preference for working on EST or CST hours. This Senior TPM will serve as the operational backbone of the product development organization, ensuring critical initiatives are delivered on time, dependencies are managed proactively, and leadership has complete visibility into roadmap progress, customer implementations, and organizational priorities.

While Engineering and Product leaders define strategy, architecture, and roadmap direction, this role is responsible for driving execution, accountability, and delivery outcomes across the organization. This is not a project coordinator or ticket-tracking role. We are looking for someone who can operate as a force multiplier for leadership—someone who understands complex technical systems, thrives in ambiguity, navigates competing priorities, and creates structure where none exists.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise, technical credibility, startup execution experience, and exceptional communication skills. What You'll Do Engineering Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery process across Engineering, AI, and Product teams. Drive sprint planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, roadmap execution, and delivery accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives.
