Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized styling advice.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain VM standards and ensure the store is always presentation-ready.
• Process billing, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or premium retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, well-groomed, and confident personality.
• Passion for fashion and styling.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work weekends and retail shifts.
