Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Specialist, based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Specialist will engage directly with potential clients, provide exceptional customer service, and guide prospective buyers through the sales process.
Responsibilities will include handling inquiries, showcasing properties, managing sales processes, achieving defined sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and service. The role will also require collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional serviceProven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed objectivesAbility to deliver effective Training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support team goalsStrong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with attention to detail and a proactive attitudePrior experience in real estate sales or related industries is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in CRM tools and ability to adapt to new software systems
