Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Robotics Trainer to lead hands-on robotics education for undergraduate college students. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging robotics curriculum and workshops, teaching students how to build, program, and operate robots. The trainer will work onsite in Hyderabad, developing lab-based classes and projects in a modern robotics lab.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering curriculum-based workshops in a hands-on class environment.This includes overseeing experiments, guiding students through robot assembly and programming, and keeping all equipment operational. You will mentor students through each project, helping them apply classroom theory to practical robotics challenges.
Key Responsibilities• Curriculum Development: Design and deliver robotics training programs and courses tailored toundergraduate students. Prepare lecture notes, lab exercises and assessment materials.• Hands-on Workshops: Lead interactive workshops and lab sessions where students assembleand program robots. Create engaging projects to reinforce learning.
Regular travel to differentcities across India is required to host these workshops at various campuses and partnerinstitutions.• Student Assessment: Evaluate and track student progress through quizzes, practical tests, andproject reviews. Provide constructive feedback.• Equipment Maintenance: Manage the in-house robotics lab and ensure all hardware isoperational. Perform routine troubleshooting and repairs.• Collaboration: Work with faculty and curriculum designers to update content.
Coordinate withother trainers to share best practices.• Student Engagement: Promote STEM learning and inspire students' interest in robotics andtechnology. Mentor and motivate students daily.Qualifications• Education: Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical orMechanical Engineering, or related field.• Experience: 1-3 years of teaching or training experience in robotics, ROS based projects & IoTprojects. Freshers with strong skills are welcome.• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of robotics fundamentals and experience witheducational robotics platforms.
Familiarity with modern robotics topics is a plus.• Teaching Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, engage learners, and adapt todifferent skill levels.• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Technical Skills & Programming Languages• Languages: Python, C/C++, Embedded C• Development Environments: Arduino IDE, VS Code• Frameworks & Libraries: ROS, OpenCV, TensorFlow, LabVIEW• Simulation & Prototyping: Gazebo, Webots, 3D printers, laser cutters• Tools: Git, CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Fritzing
Tools and Platforms• Hardware Kits: Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics, micro:bit• Components: Motors, sensors, motor controllers, batteries• IoT & Electronics: Soldering, multimeters, oscilloscopes, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth microcontrollers

LocationThis is a full-time, on-site position at our Hyderabad campus/lab facility. Candidates must be willing to travel to different cities for workshop delivery at partner institutions.
Experience1-3 years preferred (motivated freshers welcome).
LanguageEnglish fluency is required.
