The Opportunity This is a lead qualification and appointment-setting role. You will be the first voice a potential client hears - and your job is to make sure the right ones make it to our experience centre.Every lead you speak to has already shown interest in Hexaspace. You are not cold-calling strangers.
You are having real conversations with people who are already thinking about their home - and keeping that interest alive until they are ready to take the next step.
What You Will Do - Call and follow up with inbound leads from our digital and offline channels - Have structured yet natural conversations to understand the client's requirement, budget, and timeline - Qualify leads and identify who is ready to visit our experience centre - Fix appointments and walk-in visits for the Sales Executive and Design Consultant team - Own the follow-up cycle - leads who need more time should never feel forgotten - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of every lead interaction in the CRM - Share daily and weekly reports on call activity, lead status, follow-ups, and appointments fixed
What We Are Looking For- Freshers to experienced candidates - if you have the right attitude, we want to talk - Gujarati language proficiency preferred - Someone who genuinely enjoys conversations and is comfortable on the phone for extended periods - Disciplined and consistent with follow-ups - the fortune is in the follow-up, and you know it - Ability to update CRM, maintain trackers, and share reports - Prior experience in tele-calling, BPO, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage
