Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable pet travel solutions.
• Proactively convert client inquiries into confirmed sales, meeting and exceeding monthly conversion targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline by following up with leads and nurturing client relationships to closure.
• Respond to inquiries regarding travel procedures, documentation, timelines, and services.
• Guide clients on applicable travel regulations and required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and travel documents.
• Resolve client concerns and provide timely updates throughout the process.
• Build positive client relationships through professional and reliable service.
• Stay updated on pet travel rules, policies, and destination requirements.
• Support service targets through effective follow-up and client conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (pet travel industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Knowledge of pet travel processes is advantageous but secondary to sales expertise.
