Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Delight and retain customers through consultative, personalized service;
• Work with technical expertise on products, applications and solutions;
• Perform quantitative calculations and support projects;
• Develop relationships with architects and specification professionals;
• Monitor individual indicators and targets, pursuing continuous improvement and high performance;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Architecture and Urbanism or Interior Design;
• Experience with consultative sales in tiles, home décor or related segments;
• Knowledge of sales techniques and digital tools;
• Analytical, resilient, organized and results-oriented profile;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine focus on customer experience;
• Work model: on-site at the respective store location.
