An exciting Sales Director in the building construction/materials manufacturer industry has just become available at one of the most reputable international companies. This is a role for someone who has strong sales in the construction or HVAC sector.
About the Sales Director role: In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the business and responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the assigned countries.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and business development for the assigned portfolio and region across Asia PacificLead and coach the sales teamTake ownership of booking number and revenue targets across customer in Asia Pacific regionDrive strategic planning, initiatives and implementationCollaboration with internal teams to achieve regional sales targetsIdentify and appoint new channel partners/distributors across the assigned region
To succeed in the Sales Director role, you will need strong sales experience in construction/HVAC or relevant sector.
Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the relevant sectorMaster/Bachelor’s degree in business management or related disciplineProven track record in sales in HVAC / industrial / construction / heavy equipment sectorPrior team leadership/management is preferredCommercially focused with a problem-solving mindsetAbility to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
