Your new role
As a Service Sales & Administration Specialist, you will support and grow the organisation's service business from Singapore, with regional responsibility covering Indonesia and the Philippines.
This is a hybrid commercial and operational role, combining service sales, contract renewals, customer engagement, and service coordination. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting service revenue growth while ensuring accurate administration, effective coordination, and high standards of data quality.
Working closely with internal sales, service, technical, and finance teams, you will manage the service process end to end - from customer enquiry and quotation through to order processing, invoicing, and follow‑up - helping to achieve service targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong customer mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage service processes efficiently across regional markets.
Key requirements include:
Experience in service sales, service administration, customer support, or a similar customer‑facing role within a B2B environment
Ability to sell, renew, and manage service contracts, maintenance agreements, or support services
Strong customer follow‑up and relationship‑building skills
Experience preparing quotations, processing service orders, and coordinating service activities
Familiarity with service management systems, CRM/ERP tools, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
High attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and process discipline
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
Experience supporting technical products, service programs, or aftermarket offerings will be an advantage.
