We are currently recruiting our next Account Executive and we hope that it’s you!
Your role will be to talk to Learning and Development heads, Human Resources Directors, Training Managers and Business leaders from a wide range of companies from different industries in the Jakarta area, finding out their challenges and pitching our training programmes to them.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Win, retain, and develop business accounts via sales hunting activitiesGrow and maximise revenues generated from each account by building rapport and trust with customers. Act as trusted advisor to clients for managing key accountsSupport customer retention through collaboration with other teams to resolve issues faced by customersMaintain a database (CRM) of prospects and regularly contact them.Maintain a consistent level of proactive, outbound client activity (email, Linkedin, WA)Attend pitches and new business development meetings to win deals.Report on pipeline weekly during internal sales meetings and one to one meetings with the Sales Director. Attend meetings with clients to present reports and cross-sell additional services to them.
KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE AND SKILLS
The biggest skill in our sales role is how to ask questions – lots of them. It’s about being curious, and spending extra time to really understand the customer’s challenges. Have outstanding social selling skills and networks.
For instance a LinkedIn network of 1000+ connections.Professional communication skills including speaking, networking, presenting and writing.Minimum 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience selling servicesA high impact presence around the office, willing to help other team members and maintain our fantastic team culture!A strong interest in learning and personal development.Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
