Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and research target customers and potential business opportunitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leadsUse multiple channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreachClient Interaction & Relationship SupportInitiate contact with prospects and introduce company products/servicesUnderstand customer needs and provide relevant solutionsMaintain ongoing communication to nurture leads and support relationship buildingSales Outreach & ClosureConduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clientsSchedule meetings or demos for qualified prospectsSupport and actively participate in sales closure activitiesProposal Coordination & DocumentationAssist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal deliveryMaintain proper documentation of client interactions and sales progressReporting & ComplianceTrack outreach activities, leads, and conversion metricsPrepare regular sales and lead generation reportsEnsure all sales activities follow company policies and compliance standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or business developmentStrong cold calling and customer outreach skillsExperienced in using social media platforms / digital channels for business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targetsPreferred QualificationsGraduatePrior experience in B2B sales (depending on your business)Experience in Banking & Finance Industry will be an added advantageExperienced in closing deals independently
