Sales Director – Call Center (E-commerce / Direct Sales) Location: Thane Work Mode: 100% On-site Experience: 8+ Years Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Director – Call Center to lead and scale outbound telesales operations in India. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, optimizing call center performance, and building a high-performing sales culture. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in outbound telesales operations, team leadership, KPI management, coaching, and sales process optimization.
