Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager (Dubai Real Estate) role based in Noida.
The Sales Manager will lead and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals focused on promoting and selling Dubai property investments to clients. Responsibilities include setting and tracking sales targets, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and ensuring high-quality client consultations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with investors, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and staying updated on Dubai real estate projects, regulations, and market trends.
The Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports, optimize sales processes, and uphold high standards of client service and ethical conduct. QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales management, preferably with exposure to Dubai or international property markets.Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, and performance management to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage clients and close complex, high-value transactions.Solid understanding of sales pipeline management, CRM tools, and basic sales analytics to track performance and forecast revenue.Client-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to ethical, transparent business practices.Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are an advantage.Comfort with international clientele, including cultural awareness and the ability to communicate with global investors; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
