Design Cafe is hiring a SALES MANAGER (INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR )for its Chennai FOR OMR CENTER

Address: Chandrasekaran Avenue, EDIFICE, Plot No.154, III & IV OMR), Okkiam, Gandh, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097

Minimum Experience - 3 to 4 years in inside sales or similar

Industry Preference - Interior Design Firms,Real Estate, Ed tech,Retail, Automotive

Role - Individual Contributor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
\n
• Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
\n
• Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
\n
• Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers
\n
• The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets
\n
• Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
\n
• 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets .
\n
• Strong listening and presentation skills
\n
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
\n
• Minimum Experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
