As we deepen our position in the Singapore market, we’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale our local revenue team.
The RoleYou will be fully accountable for Singapore’s sales performance — leading the team, refining sales execution, and building a disciplined, predictable revenue engine.
This role reports directly to the General Manager (Singapore) and works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to drive market growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You are expected to drive productivity, optimise, and elevate — not just manage.
What you will own1️⃣ Revenue AccountabilityOwn Singapore’s sales targetsDrive consistent pipeline coverage and forecast accuracyMonitor leading indicators (activity levels, stage conversion rates, deal velocity)
2️⃣ Team Leadership & Performance CultureLead and coach Business Development SpecialistsConduct structured 1:1s and pipeline reviewsRaise performance standards while maintaining team moraleIdentify performance gaps early and intervene effectively
3️⃣ Sales Process & DisciplineRefine qualification frameworks and ICP definition for SG restaurantsImprove outbound playbooks and conversion ratesEnforce CRM hygiene and reporting standardsShorten sales cycles and improve deal predictability
4️⃣ Market Strategy & Cross-Functional AlignmentIdentify priority restaurant segments and growth pocketsWork with Marketing on SG-focused demand generationCollaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion and referralsProvide structured market feedback to leadership
What We're Looking ForYou may be:A Senior Account Executive ready to step into leadershipOr an experienced Sales Manager seeking full market ownership
We’re looking for someone who:Has 4–8 years of B2B sales experienceHas managed or mentored sales repsIs comfortable in outbound-heavy environmentsUnderstands core metrics (win rate, pipeline coverage, sales cycle, ACV)Is structured, commercially sharp, and resilientThrives in a performance-driven environment
Bonus:Experience selling into SMEs or F&B operatorsExperience in SaaS or tech-enabled services
