Who We’re Looking ForYou’re a passionate and resourceful professional who:Brings 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within technology, multimedia, creative, MICE, or marketing sectors.Communicates with impact – whether through proposals, presentations, or negotiations.Is technically curious and creatively inclined, with a love for interactive tech and user experience.Has an entrepreneurial spirit, is driven by outcomes, and thrives in a high-performance environment.
✨ About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven and forward-thinking Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and is passionate about storytelling through innovation. You’ll be a key figure in driving our growth by uncovering opportunities, building relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions that merge creativity with technology.You will play a critical role in:Developing compelling proposals, tenders, and pitches to win major accounts.Prospecting and securing new clients across Marketing, Events, Galleries & Exhibitions, Museums, and Retail sectors.Shaping interactive technology solutions that solve real-world challenges and elevate customer experience.Building strong partnerships with internal creative teams and external collaborators.Leading end-to-end project negotiations — from engagement to handover — while ensuring value, performance, and reliability.Collaborating with management on strategic sales planning and market expansion.
Scope of work includes:● Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities.● Pursue new business opportunities aligned with Company's capabilities in interactive & experiential technologies for markets such as Marketing, Events, Galleries & Exhibitions and Retail.● Developing solutions to improve clients experience and retain brand loyalty.● Work closely with team members to produce and implement clients’ expectations.● Working with partners to deliver innovative and successful project● Managing company and clients’ expectations.● Participating in strategic plans and solutions to drive sales.● Base pay plus project commission
Key Requirements:● Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in IT, Multimedia, MICE, Marketing or Creative industries● Possess good interpersonal communication skills.● Good communication skills both written and verbal.● Possess positive and keen-to-learn attitude in acquiring technical knowledge and with creative flair.● Passionate about all things Technology, User Experiences and other areas of design and innovation.
