Scope & Key Responsibilities

In this role, you aren't just a cog in a machine. You own the growth cycle from start to finish:

1. Market Research & Opportunity Mapping: Dive deep into the local landscape to identify, analyze, and map out high-potential universities, engineering colleges, and residential institutions.
2. Strategic Pitching & Deal Closure: Secure meetings with institutional decision-makers, deliver high-impact pitches that reframe modern student infrastructure, and drive the deal home to sign formal Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
3. Relationship Management & Ecosystem Growth: Once a deal is signed, you own the relationship. You will nurture the partnership with the institution to ensure long-term collaboration, smooth operations, and future expansion opportunities.
