Fully remote. EST/CST time zone overlap required — approximately 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST on weekdays. This is not a support-ticket role.
You'll have real ownership of the platform and direct engagement with business stakeholders across sales, service, and operations. — ABOUT THE CLIENT AND ROLE The client is a US-based company that relies heavily on Salesforce to run their core revenue and customer operations. They've invested seriously in the platform — and they need someone who can grow with it, not just maintain it. As the Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the primary point of contact for everything Salesforce.
That means: → Owning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration end-to-end → Building and maintaining automation — Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes → Managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and org security → Ensuring data integrity through audits, deduplication, and imports/exports using Data Loader → Developing reports and dashboards that give stakeholders real, actionable visibility → Supporting and training end-users across teams → Working with third-party integrations to extend Salesforce capability → Staying ahead of Salesforce seasonal releases and recommending what's worth adopting You'll be working directly with a US team — so communication, responsiveness, and the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions are just as important as your technical skills. — WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU (Must-have) Before you apply, please make sure you genuinely have these — we'll be verifying during screening: → 4 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience → Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (ADM 201) — with a verifiable Trailhead profile → Independent, proven experience managing both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud → Strong proficiency in Salesforce automation — Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes → Hands-on data management experience — Data Loader, deduplication, bulk imports/exports, data audits → Ability to build meaningful reports and dashboards for non-technical business stakeholders → Excellent English communication — written and verbal — for direct US client collaboration → Strong analytical thinking — you can sit in a business conversation and know what the platform needs to do — WHAT GIVES YOU AN EDGE (Nice-to-have) These aren't dealbreakers, but they'll make you stand out in a strong candidate pool: → Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certification → Platform App Builder certification → Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components → Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools — HubSpot, Zendesk, DocuSign, Marketo, MuleSoft, or similar → Prior direct experience with US-based clients in a remote setup → Agile or Scrum delivery environment experience — THE PRACTICAL DETAILS Work model: Fully remote — India-based candidates preferred Time zone: EST/CST overlap is mandatory (approx. 3:30 PM – 12:30 PM IST).
