Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-scale Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations. This is a remote opportunity requiring strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, integration, and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities•Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions•Define Customer 360 architecture, including identity resolution and unified profiles•Design real-time and batch data ingestion frameworks•Architect integrations with:-Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing)External systems (ERP, APIs, third-party platforms)•Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (GDPR/CCPA)•Work with business and technical teams to enable data-driven personalisation and insights
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)•15+ years of experience in Data Architecture / CRM / MarTech•Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)•Strong expertise in:-Data modeling-Data integration (APIs, ETL/ELT)-Identity resolution•Experience with:-Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud)-Strong understanding of: Customer 360 concepts Data governance and privacy
