Salesforce Team Leader - Warszawa

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Team Leader to join a project focused on optimizing Salesforce code, implementing complex business logic and customizing Salesforce to meet unique business requirements within a medium-sized team environment for the Asset Management domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 Salesforce Developers and collaborate proactively with other Leads and Architects.
• Optimize performance of Salesforce code.
• Implement complex business logic in Salesforce.
• Customize Salesforce to meet unique business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Salesforce development.
• Work closely with 6 to 10 teammates with diverse skills.
• Handle routine tasks with patience and diligence, react well to change and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a team of Salesforce Developers.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Primary Clouds (predominantly Sales Cloud).
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Stress‑resistant and able to work under tight deadlines.
• English level B2+ with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Background in Financial Services Cloud.
