Job Descripti on: Job Tit le: SAP Sales Hunter / Business Development Manager/Director (New Logos) Experience Required: 12+ Years Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dyna mic SAP Sales / Business Development Manager/Dire ctor with 12+ years of experience in driv ing revenue growth, new logo acquisition, and SAP solution s ales.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP services/solutions s ales, along with hands-on experience in pre-sales, RFP management, and client solutio ning across enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end SAP sales lif ecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal submission, and deal closure. Foc us on new logo acqui sition and expanding business across enterprise clients.
Develop and ex ecute sales stra tegies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Engage with CXOs and key stakeholders to understand business needs and pos ition SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP CX, SAP BTP, etc.) Lead pre-sales acti vities, including solutioning, effort estimation, presentations, and demos in collaboration with delivery teams. Own and m anage RFP/RFI res ponses, proposal creation, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to drive pipeline generation and conversion. Track market trends, competitor landscape, and identify new business opportunities in the SAP ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experie nce in SAP sales / business development / account man agement. Proven track rec ord in closing deals and achieving revenue targets in SAP services/solutions. Strong understand ing of SAP portfolio (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CX, SAP BTP, Analytics , etc.).
Hands-on experie nce in pre-sales, solutioning, RFP responses, and client presentations. Exc ellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to wor k in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience worki ng with global clients and large enterpri se deals. Esta blished client network and relationships in SAP e cosystem.
Expo sure to multiple industry domains (Manufacturing, Retail, Lifescience, Automoti ve etc.). MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus. Key Success Metrics: Revenue growth and sales target achievement New logo acquisition Conversion rate of qualified opportunities.
